False Start ("the App") is operated by Pavel Kozemirov. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the App you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, photos, or contacts.
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect device-identifying information:
If you have not purchased "Remove Ads," the App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. You can opt out at any time through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt or by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables all advertisements in the App.
Your display name and scores are stored on a public leaderboard visible to all players. If you wish to change or remove your display name, you can do so in the App's Settings screen.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Supabase with row-level security policies that prevent unauthorized access.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing lefttospendapp@gmail.com with your User ID (found in Settings → App section). We will process your request and complete deletion within 30 days. Note that anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained as it cannot be tied back to you individually.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
