By downloading or using False Start ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
False Start is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms of that agreement apply to your use of the App and are incorporated here by reference: Apple Standard EULA .
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase ($2.99). All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's purchase terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. You can restore a previous purchase using the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.
The App includes a public leaderboard. You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any other unauthorized means to manipulate your scores. We reserve the right to remove scores that are flagged as suspicious by our anti-cheat system.
Your display name is visible to other players on the leaderboard. You agree not to use a display name that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or replace display names that violate this rule.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that leaderboard data will be preserved indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pavel Kozemirov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
